People nowadays often dont have adequate time in their hands; that is why they are always on the go and even when they are home, they are still preoccupied by thoughts of work. So, you need to handle stress by leaving your work at your work place, taking a break once in a while and delegating tasks to your other workers and not do it all by yourself, alone.
