Keloid scar removal - wash your face gently with the scar cream. Don't wash too hard! Scrubbing your face too hard can cause damage and make it more susceptible to breakouts. Sure it will feel super clean for a while but you could accidentally do some serious harm to the very sensitive (and easily injured) skin on your face! Do you really want to have a face full of scars from scrubbing? This is why it is important that you are to wash firmly but gently scar cream. This sounds harder than it actually is. After you wash your face take a look at it--if it is bright red then you used too much pressure. You want it to be flushed but not bright red! A little bit of a glow is healthy but resembling a stop sign is not for the scar treatment.
